Can SCSETCmotorcycle intercom connect to other brands?
We are sorry, not all of SCSETC motorcycle intercom support connecting to other brands.
However, models like S9, S10, S9XM, T2, S11, S12, S13, and others using Qualcomm chips can be connected with devices from other brands that are also powered by Qualcomm chips.
Does the SCSETC motorcycle intercom have waterproof features?
All our SCSETC intercoms are waterproof, but since they are electronic products, you should try to avoid excessive contact with water, otherwise it may reduce the product’s lifespan.
How can you tell when the SCSETC product is fully charged?
SCSETC motorcycle intercoms light up or red while charging, and the indicator will turn off or turn blue once fully charged.
Why has the motorcycle intercom suddenly stopped pairing and connecting?
You can first reset the two earphones, and then reconnect them for intercom according to the method in product manual. The reset method is also included in the manual.
How to install on a half helmet? How to install on a full helmet?
Sequentially attach the two height pads and the two hook-and-loop speaker pads near the ear area of the helmet. Complete helmet installation: Connect the two speakers to the hook side of the speaker pads; when connecting the speakers, the one with the shorter cable should be installed on the left side. Half helmet installation: Attach a hook side mic pad to the hard microphone, connect a loop side mic pad inside the helmet, and then connect the hook side mic pad to the loop side mic pad.
Does the product include a stand/microphone/Velcro?
SCSETC motorcycle intercom come fully equipped with brackets, microphones, Velcro, and manuals. If you encounter any issues during installation or use, please don’t hesitate to contact us at your convenience.
Why does the sound come from the phone instead of the headphones when sharing music?
Just check whether the music transmission and reception settings of the two earphones are reversed? Connect one earphone to the phone as the music transmitter and the other as the music receiver.
Can the motorcycle intercom automatically answer WhatsApp calls?
Sorry, SCSETC motorcycle intercom currently only supports automatic answering of WhatsApp calls on Apple phones.
